Hôtel De Sers Champs Elysées Paris

I arrived in Paris on the 20/3 and we had booked another hotel. We had such a awful experience we decided to look for another hotel. I'm so glad we did and I'm so happy we choose this hotel. From the moment we arrived I felt so welcomed. The staff were amazing so friendly. The hotel is breathtaking. Clean and luxurious with a very good price. The location was great seven minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The service is what made our stay. It was my birthday and the staff made the room special on my special day. From arriving in Paris and wanting to leave right away to looking at booking again. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and I'm so thankful to the staff.

A fantastic hotel in the middle of a fantastic location! Rooms weren’t renovated yet but looked better than most US and UK hotels and were of a very high standard. Breakfast is simple yet more than enough and a quaint bar scene. Staff were wonderful… highly recommend for those seeking refuge from big box hotel chains and wanting service in a boutique style hotel.

From the moment you arrive they treat you incredible making sure that you get settled with every little detail! We travel a lot and it’s not to common for the staff to go out of their way!
